At Chris Holmes Antiques, we want you to be delighted with your unique acquisition; however, if a piece does not suit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund. Please note that due to the fragile nature of antiques, items must be returned in their original condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Contact our gallery team via email within 14 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the antique using the original professional crating and padding materials to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Arranging Transport

  Ship the item back to our showroom using a tracked and insured white-glove courier service to guarantee safe delivery of delicate inventory.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the item and confirmed its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
